July 29

We made to Mercy home for orphans.
The 30 girls greeted us with hugs and embraced our cheeks on both sides. Then they sang a couple of songs for us. We had a tour of their home and then dinner. After dinner the director Edward told how the orphanage began 15 years ago. The girls then each shared their names and greeted us. Afterwards we told our names and shared our occupation. Then we had devotions. Afterward we said goodnight. The place we are staying is very primitive . However we have hot water! We are very careful of the food we eat. At the home we ate a green vegetable Kale, tiny peas in a sauce and their delicious chipantepati . There is no desserts. Drink bottled water .
